The Corporation is organized exclusively for religious and charitable purposes. Without limiting the above statement of purpose, the Corporation may conduct the following activities:
i) Teachings and Meditation of Nyingmapa Taksham Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
ii) Study and teach the general Buddhist Tradition of awakening boddichita mind, primarily by meditation practices that generate great compassion, love and kindness to all living beings.
iii) Work for the preservation and promotion of Tibet’s unique rich Buddhist Tradition, and particularly the Nyingmapa Taksham culture, heritage and language.
iv) Bring Buddhist masters and other scholars to conduct Lectures, Teachings and Seminars in Minnesota and the US and
v) Help educate students, and especially American-born Tibetan students, in the traditional Buddhist studies and manner of education.
